The rapid growth of our agency has only been possible because of our people. That said, we're always on the lookout for talent in every department at every level. At this time we have specific openings for the following positions:

Web/Interactive Department Manager
You're equally comfortable managing projects, staff and coding — but you've evolved and your recent experience has been more managerial than hands-on. You're comfortable leading an agency's interactive marketing department because your team respects your knowledge of the technology and programming issues. But they also respect your managerial style, too. You're no diva. And you don't mind proving it from time to time by getting your hands dirty. But for the most part, you're responsible for evaluating the team's interactive capabilities and devising strategies to improve these capabilities. Project manager? Sometimes. Business developer? Sure are. You're comfortable from proposal to pitch to contract and beyond. Trusted advisor for clients? They call you directly.
You have 3+ years minimum experience in project management and/or supervising design/coding staff. And you're looking forward to your next challenge: managing a rapidly-growing (yet stable) department, including personnel, key accounts and department finances.

Web Account Executive
We're looking for a rare individual: an AE with writing talent, broad technical knowledge and strong project management skills who has a passion for the web. You are comfortable with business development and client needs assessment. You have the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly and effectively. You can translate technical issues for clients, and effectively represent their concerns to your web team. You have experience in Internet marketing and SEO. You have a strong aesthetic sensibility, and demonstrated experience managing projects for the web. Agency experience a plus.

Web Developer
You love clean, elegant code. You create standards-compliant web pages that work on all browsers and platforms. You are comfortable working in HTML, CSS, PHP/MySQL. You are meticulous. The sight of a <font> tag makes you cringe. You are comfortable hand-coding or working in Dreamweaver. You can handle web host control panel operations, including email setup and basic site maintenance procedures. You are able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly and effectively. You have a strong aesthetic sensibility, and demonstrated experience designing and building for the web. Helpful, but not necessary: javascript, Cold Fusion, SEO.

Freelance Graphic Designers:
Zone 5 is always looking to add to our base of creative freelancers. Qualified applicants need to be proficient in the latest design software. Experience preferred.
