Zone 5 Celebrates International Wednesday #10 with Asian Fare
Sushi, Lo Mein, Won Tons and Stir Fry were featured at the most recent installment of Zone 5's International Wednesdays. A tradition new to Zone 5 this year, staff members have been preparing dishes for other staff members to enjoy since early June. The most recent staff food celebration with selections from the far east was one of most popular so far.
Some of the highlights included Zone 5 Owner Todd Mosher preparing Chinese Stir Fry with the welcomed assistance of Eric Wohlleber. Dennis Hudson prepared two different types of Won Tons, and Dave Imbarrato and Paul Hook contributed Pork Lo Mein. And to the visual and edible delight of the staff, Sushi Chef Anthony Palmeri rolled three different varieties of the Japanese specialty.
Only two International Wednesdays remain on this year's calendar. Previous food themes have included Polish/German, Indian, Mediterranean/Middle Eastern and the ever-popular Italian Day. The last two International Wednesdays take us a little closer to home with White Trash/Diner day scheduled for November 5th and New England Seafood day on November 12th.
