Too much air and you pass out. Not enough water and you may never recover. Use the wrong words and the success of your endeavor can be gone for good.

We know words. Not only which ones to use but where, when and how to use them. This is not a talent that people are born with or learned in a classroom. It is a skill-set earned from engaging in many communications challenges and battles.

By some accounts there are more than a quarter of a million distinct words in the English language. The public communications team at Zone 5 have probably used most of them at one time or another.
