Soup Name
Pasta Fagioli Serves 4

2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 medium-large onion, chopped
olive oil (enough to fry onion + garlic in)
3 cans (32oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (32oz.) water
2 cans (16-20oz.) Cantellini or white beans, drained
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
dash of red pepper flakes
pasta of your choice (Ditaloni work for me)

Fry garlic and onion in olive oil until soft. Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Let it come to a boil then simmer for a few minutes. Add drained beans and let simmer another 15-20 minutes. Add cooked pasta before serving.
