Zone 5 Announces the 2008 Summer of Food

In keeping with our office cultural phenomena centered around food-related activities, Zone 5 is pleased to announce that the summer of 2008 will officially be renamed "The Zone 5 Summer of Food." Two significant organized activities have called for this proclamation, those being the Zone 5 Summer Cookout Series and International Wednesdays.

Good food has always been part of the Zone 5 culture. In the early days, at our old office location, we enjoyed "Ethnic Food Fridays" and frequent summer cookouts. When we developed our new space including a full kitchen in the design was almost a must. Our adventures into fine dining have included a full turkey dinner and our famous Soup Kitchen that runs through the fall and winter seasons. With this summer's added appeal of an outdoor deck, our spring and summer food schedule will alternates between Friday afternoon cookouts and "International Wednesdays," where staff members will create dishes from Italy to India for coworkers to sample.

The 2008 Zone 5 Summer of Food will run from Wednesday, June 4th with the christening of our new deck until late September, weather permitting.
